We\'re looking for a motivated and experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in leading the kitchen team through a busy, high-energy service setting. You\'ll play a key role in maintaining consistency, driving standards, and helping deliver an exceptional dining experience to every guest.
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Responsibilities
Lead and support kitchen staff during service
Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency
Ensure compliance with food safety standards
Contribute to menu development and cost control
Train and mentor junior chefs
What You\'ll Bring
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP ready to step up
Solid leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and lead during peak service
Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and public holidays
A passion for great food and teamwork
