Our client, a leading boutique serviced apartment group, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth. Known for design‑focused properties and outstanding guest experiences, this group is expanding and requires a hospitality‑driven sales professional to strengthen their presence a competitive market space.
The Role
* Develop and deliver the state sales strategy, targeting key corporate, leisure, and conference and events segments.
* Build, manage, and convert a pipeline of accounts across the regions
* Monitor competitors, identify revenue opportunities, and support the group's positioning in the broader accommodation market.
About You
* Strong sales background within hospitality, serviced apartments, accommodation groups, or hotels.
* Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and secure new business in a competitive environment.
* Confident communicator with polished presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Knowledge of hospitality operations, service delivery, and guest experience best practice.
* Self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable managing a varied client portfolio.
