What You'll Do
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes consistently
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service
* Contribute ideas for specials and menu development
* Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organisation in the kitchen
* Maintain high standards of presentation and efficiency
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Chef or Cook (restaurant or pub experience ideal)
* Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Passion for quality ingredients and great food
