Job Title: Safety Coordinator
The primary objective of this role is to maintain a secure work environment for team members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
* Develop and implement effective safety training programs.
* Analyze workplace incidents to identify areas for improvement.
* Maintain accurate safety records.
* Collaborate with the Regional Safety Manager to coordinate safety efforts.
* Work closely with management and HR to support compliance initiatives.
* Partner with regulatory agencies during safety inspections.

Essential Requirements:
* A high school degree or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
* 1 year of safety experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
* Must hold a current SERV Safe Manager certification.
* Ability to obtain necessary certifications and licenses.
Candidates should have a strong foundation in safety management and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
