Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial/Industrial Electrician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial and industrial environments.
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
* Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, providing effective solutions.
* Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant codes and safety standards.
* Collaborate with other trades and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
* Valid Electrical License in NSW.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical work.
* Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
