Join our busy Front Office team in North Adelaide, providing reception & reservation facilities for on-site guests and managed properties.

Key Responsibilities:
Seamless Shift Management: Confidently run the desk, handle check-ins/outs, reservations and guest enquiries for all properties.
Problem-Solving: Resolve guest issues (technical, billing, service recovery) with professionalism, diplomacy, and a positive outcome.
Operational Excellence: Maintain 100% accuracy in cash handling, daily reporting, and managing reservations across the PMS.
Local Expert: Provide outstanding local area knowledge and recommendations for attractions and dining.
Our expectations:
Hotel Experience: Guest Service Agent (GSA), Shift Leader, or Front Office Supervisor.
Working knowledge in a major hotel PMS system (e.g., Opera, RMS, Protel, or similar).
Leadership Qualities: strong communication, organisation, & calm leadership skills during busy or challenging periods.
Flexibility: working over a 7-day roster, ready to jump into morning or evening shifts as needed, hours up to 24 per week.
