What you will do
1. Deliver elite service: greet, discover needs, tell the brand story, close & handle objections
2. Hit targets; follow our sales standards; meet KPIs via dashboards/manager feedback
3. Clienteling: follow-ups, thank-you/birthday notes; manage After-Sales (repairs, quotes, payments, deliveries)
4. Maintain VM/housekeeping; receive shipments & display goods
5. Keep product/technical knowledge current; support weekly Smart Events & occasional after-hours

Clients & After-Sales (daily); Internal (Sales/Marketing, After-Sales, Logistics) & Senior Management (occasional)
Requirements
* Few years in sales/hospitality/events (luxury not essential)
* Excellent English language skills
* Proven results, strong communication/presentation & organisation
* Salesforce experience; quick learner; responsible team player
Roster & Compliance
Flexible roster; occasional after-hours events
Off-site appointments by approval
Outreach & data per company policy and privacy laws
