Membership only insurance clients are seeking customer service professionals to join their teams for temporary assignments.
This role is office based and involves taking incoming calls, advising clients through the claims process, providing quotes, and managing key accounts.
The initial assignment will be for 2-3 months, but there is a real possibility to extend.
The Role
* Providing Quotes for members
* Resolving members complaints
* Processing Claims - ensuring all necessary information is taken
* Acting as the customers' first point of contact and providing exceptional customer service
* Acknowledging the receipt of claims and service enquiries
* Task allocation for all new business and renewals
* Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers
Experience Required
* Experience in a Customer service-based call centre or membership service environment
* Insurance experience highly desirable but not essential
* Experience utilising a variety of software and computer systems
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to manage multiple tasks within set timeframes and meet deadlines
