What does it look like
As the Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients from contract signing to handover This will include:
* Providing regular customer updates
* Following up brokers and developers
* Checking of documentation and variations
* Working with internal drafting and estimating team
* Preparing handover packs
* Supporting Building Supervisors
What we are looking for:
* Min 2 years customer service or administration based experience
* Building industry experience preferred but not essential
* Experience in the property industry required
* A passion for providing an amazing customer experience
* Capable of multitasking and working in a fast paced environment
