**The Company**
A leading Civil Construction contractor that has an established portfolio of projects throughout Melbourne. Their projects vary from single units infill site to large industrial developments.

**The Role**
Reporting to the General Manager of HR, you will support various activities and projects across the employee lifecycle. Activities will vary day to day, and could include tasks such as:
- Coordinate the recruitment process including job ads, pre-screening, reference checks and other duties as required. 
- Liaise with line managers regarding interviews 
- Assist with the onboarding process, generate contracts, coordinate IT and property requests 
- Update HR information system
**What you will bring** 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
- Proactive and can demonstrate initiative 
- Can pick things up quickly, in order to learn processes and procedures 
- Robust attention to detail 
- Able to maintain confidentiality 
- Confidently engage with internal and external stakeholders and able to build relationships 
- Qualification in Human Resources is advantageous
