I'm partnering with a well-established boutique builder delivering a high-quality mixed-use project in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
This is a live site, early in delivery — and it needs a commercially strong, hands‐on Project Manager who can step in and take control.
This is not a "sit back and observe" role.
You'll be responsible for:
* Owning programme and subcontractor coordination
* Driving accountability across trades
* Strengthening reporting and cost control
* Tightening systems and commercial oversight
* Leading site teams with clarity and structure
* Managing client interface in a high-end, design‐led environment
The project sits in the $20M–$40M range and requires someone comfortable managing quality, detail and buildability at a granular level.
This role would suit a PM who:
* Has delivered residential or high-spec projects end-to-end
* Is confident stepping into an existing build and lifting performance
* Prefers a smaller, agile builder over tier‐one bureaucracy
* Enjoys visibility, ownership and influence
You'll work closely with senior leadership and have genuine input into delivery standards and team structure.
