About the role
You'll be working onsite across multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders to solve business challenges, support new initiatives, and improve key applications.
Key responsibilities include leading project coordination, developing comprehensive project plans, coordinating between teams and vendors, ensuring quality of deliverables, managing system testing and user acceptance, developing training strategies, identifying and mitigating risks, and providing regular status updates.
Requirements
You will need:
* Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* 5+ years of project management experience.
* Experience in business stakeholder engagement and requirements analysis.
* Experience with Kronos and Workforce Management systems.
* Strong understanding of workforce management processes including timekeeping, scheduling, and labour analytics.
* PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
