Set in an iconic Australian seaside location, our home will combine a state-of-the-art kitchen and brewhouse with a hospitality-first approach, catering for 600 guests.
As Restaurant Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day floor operations, leading from the front to deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where culture, standards and energy matter just as much as systems and structure.
Working closely with the Senior Management team, kitchen and wider team, you'll play a key role in shaping service, building a strong team culture and ensuring the venue operates at a high level from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead daily FOH operations across restaurant, bar and service areas
* Build, train and develop a high‐performing team from pre‐opening through to full trade
* Drive service standards, ensuring a consistent and memorable guest experience
* Manage rostering, labour costs and daily wage targets
* Oversee stock control, ordering and weekly inventory processes
* Work closely with the kitchen and brewing team to ensure alignment across service
* Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
* Assist with functions and large‐scale service periods across the venue
* Contribute to systems, processes and continuous improvement as the business grows
