Substance Misuse Social Worker – Open Access and Assessment Team
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £25,905 – £31,611 depending on experience.
Full‐time (37.5 hours per week). Office hours Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with a rota late night to 7:30 pm.
Interviews will be held in Doncaster on 31 March 2026.

We work in partnership with South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH). This partnership combines NHS provision with voluntary sector expertise to deliver flexible, responsive services and the best possible outcomes for service users and the community.

Responsibilities
* Provide advice and brief interventions, structured key working and assessments to people entering the treatment system.
* Administer a needle exchange service.
* Collaborate with the OAT team and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust.
PLEASE NOTE: The successful candidate must, by the commencement of employment, have the right to work in the UK.
Qualifications
Qualified and registered Social Worker with experience or an interest in working with substance users.
