Campbelltown ED is one of the busiest and most dynamic emergency departments in the region, delivering care across the full spectrum of emergencies from paediatrics and mental health to acute medical presentations. Selection Criteria

To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

1. Current Authority to Practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division, General with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
2. Please describe a recent experience in your role as an Enrolled Nurse that demonstrates your ability to deliver safe, compassionate, culturally responsive and evidence‑based care. In your response, outline how you communicated with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team, applied critical thinking, and contributed to a positive and professional team environment.
3. Provide an example that highlights your understanding of risk management, work health and safety, and quality improvement. Explain how you personally managed challenges or conflict, ensured responsiveness to care needs, and upheld professional standards within your scope of practice.
