We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Travel Agent Administrative Assistant ✈️ to support a busy travel agency behind the scenes. This is a non-sales role, ideal for someone who thrives in an administrative capacity and enjoys working in the travel industry without the pressure of selling. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating cruise group and inbound tour bookings, as well as managing phone enquiries Supporting consultants with the preparation of travel proposals, invoices, and client documentation ✅ Processing payments, handling banking duties, and updating our accounting software Delivering a warm, professional first point of contact for clients ️ Providing general support to consultants, management, and the wider admin team About You: Proactive, driven, and goal-oriented Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Communicates in a friendly, clear manner and enjoys working as part of a team Not focused on sales, but passionate about travel and support The Package: Monday - Friday only role Travel industry famil opportunities $60K - $70K super Great learning and development opportunity Part time available Interested?
