Job Overview
This role focuses on developing and executing strategies to drive growth across Australia and New Zealand for decorative coatings.
The ideal candidate will lead the creation and execution of long-term consumer-driven category and brand strategies across retail and trade channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of category plans and enable sales teams for success, leveraging shopper and consumer insights.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) and external partners to identify and deliver new market opportunities.
* Manage commercial outcomes, including revenue, market share, and profitability, with accountability for business KPIs.
* Coach and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Requirements:
* A marketing or business degree is required.
* Strong experience in brand and/or category management within consumer-driven brands.
* Proven ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver new products and offers to market.
* Expertise in category strategy, brand planning, marketing execution, new product development, and commercial management.
