KStrong Asia Pacific, a leading global provider of fall protection and safety equipment, is seeking an experienced Regional Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise supply chain operations across Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand.
This is a key leadership role responsible for managing procurement, logistics, and inventory across multiple markets while driving efficiency through regional consolidation and strategic supply chain planning.
Based in Wollongong, this role offers the opportunity to work within a growing international organisation and oversee the end-to-end regional supply chain performance.

About the Role
As the Regional Supply Chain Supervisor, you will oversee supply chain operations for KStrong Asia Pacific, ensuring efficient movement of products from global suppliers to regional markets.
You will work closely with sales, operations, and international suppliers to ensure reliable supply and cost-effective logistics across Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Supply Chain Leadership
* Manage and coordinate supply chain operations across Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand
* Ensure efficient product flow between suppliers, warehouses, and distribution partners
Supply Chain Consolidation
* Develop strategies to consolidate purchasing and shipments across the region
* Improve container utilisation and reduce freight costs
Procurement & Supplier Management
* Build strong relationships with international suppliers
* Negotiate purchasing agreements and manage supply performance
Inventory & Demand Planning
* Maintain optimal inventory levels across multiple warehouses
* Work closely with sales teams to forecast demand across regional markets
Logistics & Distribution
* Manage international freight, import logistics, and regional distribution
* Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
Continuous Improvement
* Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs
* Implement best practices in supply chain planning and logistics
About You
You are an experienced supply chain professional with strong international logistics and procurement experience.
Requirements
* 3 - 5 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement
* Experience managing regional or international supply chains
* Strong knowledge of import logistics, freight consolidation, and inventory planning
* Experience working with ERP systems
* Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills
