As a Geotechnical Drilling Technician, you will work closely with geologists, environmental scientists, and landowners to ensure that drilling projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within budget. You will also be responsible for maintaining drilling equipment, recording drilling data, and ensuring that all drilling operations are conducted in compliance with Legion's standard operating procedures.
Our drilling projects are located in diverse environments across Australia, including urban areas, remote forests, and mining sites. We travel from southern Australia to the tip of Cape York and everywhere in-between. As a result, we are looking for individuals who are comfortable working in a variety of settings and thrive in challenging environments. Our projects also require a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail, so we are seeking individuals with strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving.
