Pullman Bunker Bay is a 5‐star beachside resort in the Margaret River Region, Western Australia, comprising 150 bungalow‐style villas, a restaurant/bar, conference facilities and a day spa. The Maintenance Officer will keep the property in top condition.
Purpose
As a Maintenance Officer, you will address all maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks to keep rooms, amenities, and communal spaces well‐maintained.
Primary Responsibilities
* Ensure all rooms, amenities, and communal spaces are well‐maintained and in excellent condition.
* Collaborate with a diverse team, working cooperatively and independently.
* Identify and solve challenges with innovative solutions.
* Complete work safely, presentably, and in a timely manner.
Skills & Experience
* Physical stamina and a get‐up‐and‐go attitude; committed to completing tasks safely.
* Prior experience in property maintenance and knowledge of preventive maintenance programs.
* Strong communication skills at all levels, from the General Manager to guests and contractors.
* Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
