Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex estate matters, working closely with experienced partners.
* Draft wills, powers of attorney, testamentary trusts, and other estate planning documents.
* Provide expert guidance on estate planning strategies, helping clients achieve their goals.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB).
* Admission to practice law in Australia.
* Minimum 3 years PAE in wills and estates; experience in commercial law viewed favourably.
