Job Description
You will be responsible for all aspects of patent and design prosecution, enforcement and intellectual property strategy.
* Prepare and file patent and design applications in Australia and internationally.
* Provide comprehensive legal advice and solutions to clients on design/patent matters.
* Develop and implement patent strategies aligned with client objectives.
* Assist with intellectual property litigation matters.
* Draft cease and desist letters and responses.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical and commercial needs.
* Communicate complex legal and technical information to clients.
* Participate in business development activities.
* Stay abreast of developments in intellectual property law and relevant technical fields.
Requirements
