Administrative Support Professional
This role provides high-quality administrative support to various functions within an organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support, manage correspondence, phone calls, and office supplies.
* Support business operations with data entry, file organisation, and client documentation preparation.
* Assist in managing ASIC compliance, preparing and lodging necessary forms, and maintaining company registers.
* Welcome clients and visitors, coordinate meetings, and provide administrative support for presentations and materials.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, oversee facilities management, and ensure health and safety regulations are met.
Requirements:
* High school or equivalent qualification or relevant experience.
* Proficient typing speed (60 wpm) and accuracy (98%).
* Proficient user of MS Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with friendly and professional demeanour.
* Ability to work independently, with supervisors, and staff.
