We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role
* Leading multiple projects from inception to completion
* Tendering commercial ventures
* Coordinating schedules, timelines, and resources
* Developing and managing client contracts
* Preparing subcontracts and maintaining communication with subcontractors
* Managing project costs and fostering strong client relationships
* Overseeing project quality, environmental, and safety compliance
* Managing budgets and providing updates to stakeholders
* Implementing WHS protocols and conducting risk assessments
* Maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations
Your Background
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management or a related field
* Experience delivering projects up to $10M
* Strong communication skills with the ability to nurture long-term client relationships
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction or project management
* WHS construction induction certification
* High attention to detail and excellent time management
* Experience across medical, hospitality, and commercial sectors
* Solid understanding of project management methodologies
* Experience with strategic planning and risk management
* Familiarity with Office 365, Microsoft Project, Procore, and Cubit
* A valid driver's license
