About the Opportunity
The Sales Administrator plays a pivotal role within the Sales Estimating team, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery across the business.
* Ensuring documentation received from the sales team is accurate, complete, and ready for the appropriate team members to work on.
* Creating new jobs in BusinessCraft software and monitoring their progression.
* Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions of jobs throughout the department.
* Ordering and assessing required statutory reports, ensuring they are obtained in a timely manner and following up with external stakeholders as required.
* Reviewing workflow allocations and monitoring reports to ensure deadlines are met.
* Issuing approved documentation to the Sales Team.
* Providing other general administrative assistance to the Sales Estimating team.
About You
* Administration experience is desirable – some training will be provided.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* The ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
* A collaborative attitude and eagerness to work amongst a busy, friendly, and fun admin team.
* Efficient and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* A keen interest in the residential construction industry.
