About NRG7:

We are Australian owned and operated company. For last few years we've been working on the most exciting Residential and Commercial projects in Australia by powering houses & businesses from the sun. We promote Solar Packages, Heat Pumps, Air Con and other products under VEU/rebate programs.

About the Role:

NRG7 is seeking an experienced Tele Sales Team Manager in VEU products and Solar/Batteries Sales. Must have 1 year experience in PV Solar or Battery Sales, as well as team managing experience. You will start as a Team Manager with potential progress to a Higher management role dependent on your success.

Managing internal Tele Sales Team, External call center channels and coordinating with Ops team will be day to day role.

To qualify for this position you MUST have experience in tele or direct sales of similar products.

Day to Day role

* Build and develop a high performing sales team.
* Manage and train call center tele sales agents.
* Develops specific customer strategies and campaign plans.
* Is accountable for implementing and executing the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target.
* Provides regular reporting, including sales pipeline development, forecasting, key account status, market condition updates and sales team performance.
* Provides support to the sales team through duties that may include order processing/entry, price quotations, information input and management, database management, product training or other related tasks.
* Manages daily activities of the operational sales support function.
* Handle and resolve more complex customer requests or complaints.
* Recruit capable and skilled candidates.
* Develops and implements promotional events and interacts with external contacts to increase sales volume.
* Visit overseas centre if required.
