$60,000 – $70,000 plus super

The Opportunity

Responsibilities
Process phone, email, and web customer orders
Call major clients to confirm details and provide updates
Own reception – be the Director of First Impressions

Qualifications
Experience in customer service, administration, or sales support
Confident phone manner and strong technology skills – experience with CRM desirable
Excellent organisation and time management skills
