What you'll do
* Perform proactive Tag/Feed Health audits and perform audits upon request
* Assist new and existing advertisers with Tag/CAPI/Feed setup questions, implementation and troubleshooting
* Ensure conversion visibility resilience in lower funnel / performance based advertisers
* Join calls with sellers and advertisers as needed to resolve Tag/CAPI/Feed issues in a timely manner
* Become an expert at digital media campaign best practices, enabling yourself to be your region's go-to resource for campaign set up and performance related inquiries.
* Provide best practice recommendations on optimizing lower funnel campaign set up
* Scale product knowledge across the sales organization via documentation, office hours, trainings, etc.
* Maintain documentation, how-tos, and FAQs to scale seller knowledge around Tag / Feed / CAPI
* Proactively communicate any Tag / Feed / CAPI product updates to the sales team
* Understand complex processes and products, distilling them down into a digestible format for a less technical audience
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience, including:
* 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech or ad operations, preferably in a campaign management role
* 2+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, or experience with tag management platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium iQ, or Adobe Launch
* Knowledge of server-to-server tracking, API integrations and/or Meta Conversions API
* Knowledge of ad products at companies such as Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Snap
* Ability to analyze & provide guidance on faulty tracking implementations
* Comfort with being client-facing
* Business fluency in local language and English
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to translate technical information into actionable steps for a non-technical audience
