As a Sales Support Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and data entry support to the team, helping ensure the efficient operation of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Process daily sales orders and complete dispatch documentation.
 * Process daily invoicing and assist in ensuring sales orders are ready to be invoiced.
 * Meet and greet customers, providing exceptional customer service on our front counter.
 * Assist the service team with credit claim processing.
 * Perform end-of-month KPI reconciliations.
 * Maintain and update customer/product database.
 * Maintain an effective filing system.
 * Collaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely sales orders and deliveries.
 * Support the service team in delivering excellent customer service.
