Due to continued exponential growth, a newly created position exists for an experienced analyst with a property/land development and/or construction background. The position will involve delivering strategic and operational insights to support planning, execution and delivery of major development and capital projects, bridging the gap between project teams, finance and senior leadership. You will analyse project feasibilities, track progress, manage risk and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and add value. Our ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of project life cycles, financial modelling and stakeholder communication.

Required Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Property or related field
* 3-5 years' experience in a business analysis, commercial or project support role
* Understanding of project life cycles, in property or capital intensive industries.
* Strong analytical, financial modelling and data interpretation skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and project reporting tools (eg PowerBI and Tableau)
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with teams across the business.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in property development, infrastructure or construction projects
* Familiar with project management methodologies
* Knowledge of planning and approvals processes for developments (eg. permits, zoning, stakeholder engagement)
* Proficient with project management systems such as Estate Master or equivalent
