We are looking for an experienced Venue Manager to join our team at the South Beach Hotel (SBH). The venue features a strong food and beverage offering, along with sports, entertainment, and a busy function calendar. If you're a motivated, career driven individual with a passion for hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Venue setup and close.
* Cash handling and management.
* Staff management.
* Stock take and control.
* Customer relations.
* Strong customer focus.
* Responsible health and safety compliance.
* Responsible RSA and RGL compliance.
* Implementation of systems and process.
* High level of self venue standards.
Qualifications
* RSA and approved management card.
* Previous experience in Management.
* Experience in H&L POS.
* Experience in Tanda online rostering system (desirable).
* TAB experience.
* Ability to trouble shoot problems and solve them.
* Intermediate computer skills.
* First Aid (desirable).
* Valid Driver's Licence.
* Food Safety compliance certificate.
