Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Branch Manager role located in Maadi, QLD. As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the branch, manage and motivate team members, ensure smooth delivery of programs, and handle student and client relations. You will also be responsible for meeting performance targets, implementing company policies, and ensuring high‑quality standards in service delivery.
Qualifications
* Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
* Proven sales skills with the ability to drive revenue growth and achieve branch targets
* Background experience in a related field (education, training centres, customer service, or sales‑oriented environments)
* Proficiency in operational planning, problem‑solving, and decision‑making
* Experience in customer service and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
* Familiarity with educational programmes, preferably within the English language teaching or training sector
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
* Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
* Proficiency in digital tools and software for team, sales, and work management
