Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality oral health services to patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting dental clinicians, performing clerical and administrative duties, and ensuring the efficient management of dental services.
Key Responsibilities
* Support dental clinicians in providing oral health services to patients.
* Perform clerical and administrative duties to ensure efficient management of dental services.
Requirements
* Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent work experience.
* Certificate IV required for Grade 2 appointment.
* Certificate III in Sterilisation Services or demonstrated commitment to achieve this qualification.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience in infection control, instrument reprocessing, and dental assisting.
* Ability to plan work, manage priorities, use initiative, and problem solve.
* Computer skills for communication and dental management systems.
* Class C driver's license with willingness to travel for work.
