About the Role
This Site Supervisor role carries senior‐level responsibility.
You will lead multiple live projects across:
* Townhouse developments (including complex basement structures)
* High‐end architectural homes
* SDA builds requiring elevated compliance and attention to detail
You will operate as the authority on site, with clear reporting lines and defined performance expectations.

* Projects delivered on programme
* Margin protected through strong sequencing and trade control

This role is not just about keeping sites running. It's about lifting the standard of delivery.
Responsibilities
* Managing multiple active construction sites
* Driving programme outcomes and holding trades accountable
* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
* Maintaining high build quality and preventing defects
* Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance
* Monitoring sequencing, structural stages, and cost awareness
* Preparing projects for stage claims and progression toward sign‐off authority
* Representing Lorikon professionally when required
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience delivering townhouse and architectural residential projects
* Minimum 4-5 years of construction supervision experience
* Strong understanding of structural sequencing, particularly basements
* Commercial awareness — understanding how decisions impact margin
* Experience with SDA or high‐compliance builds (highly regarded)
* Calm, firm leadership under pressure
* High standards — you don't walk past poor workmanship
* Ability to run multiple sites without losing control of detail
* Australian work rights are required for this position
