About the Opportunity

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide safe and high-quality nursing care while supporting the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
In this role you will:
* Support the patient to self-manage and achieve identified goals.
* Provide physical and psychological support to patients, addressing their individual needs.
* Undertake nursing interventions and assist with patient assessments as delegated by a Registered Nurse.
* Collect and accurately document healthcare information to maintain continuity of safe patient care.
* Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and team members to enhance collaborative care.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:
? Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2).
? A Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia approved qualification for medication administration, including intravenous medication.
? Nursing knowledge and skills relevant to the specialty area.
? Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including clinical documentation.
? Ability to prioritise, organise workload, work in a multidisciplinary team, and commit to quality improvement.
