We're looking for a Manager, People & Culture to lead our P&C function and help build a workforce that is capable, inclusive and ready for the future.

About the role

This is a hands‐on leadership role with genuine influence.

You'll lead a high‐performing team and partner with leaders across the organisation to strengthen capability, shape culture and support our people through a period of meaningful change.

You'll also be part of our Strategic Leadership Team, contributing to organisation‐wide priorities and decisions.

What you'll be responsible for

* Leading and supporting a trusted, high‐performing P&C team
* Partnering with leaders to provide practical, proactive advice
* Driving leadership capability, culture and engagement initiatives
* Leading workforce planning to support future service delivery
* Supporting organisational change and transformation
* Managing industrial relations and enterprise agreement matters
* Strengthening health, safety and wellbeing across the organisation
* Using data and insights to inform decisions and improvements
* Supporting teams to confidently respond to increasingly complex community needs
