Key Responsibilities:
* Lead M&A transactions and business sales from inception to completion
* Advise on deal structure, risk, and negotiation strategy
* Manage complex banking & finance matters, including multi‐jurisdictional transactions
* Draft bespoke agreements and provide strategic corporate advice
* Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to practice growth
* Build strong client relationships and support business development initiatives
Skills & Experience:
* Senior Associate or Special Counsel level experience
* 6+ years' post‐admission experience in corporate/commercial law and/or banking & finance
* Proven ability to manage complex matters independently
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
* Commercial mindset and leadership qualities
