* Technical Liaison: Collaborate with BMW teams to drive the development of roadside assistance programs, ensuring seamless technical support for customers.
* Build relationships with BMW technical personnel to enhance customer experience and meet KPIs.
* Support Operations: Provide real-time or retrospective support to technicians on parts identification, diagnostic procedures, and roadside repair protocols.
* Collaborate with front-line operations teams to improve mobilization rates and correct fault diagnosis.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality assurance guidelines and utilize customer insights to determine technical needs.
* Communication: Demonstrate active listening and convey solutions clearly in written communication.
* Compliance: Adhere to compliance obligations and report risk-related concerns to management.
* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with customers and colleagues to deliver improved outcomes.
