Role and responsibilities

Lead Kestral's sales and marketing strategy to grow our customer base, expand market share, and exceed targets.

Drive sales performance, including pipeline management, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and accurate reporting that informs executive decisions.

Provide strategic leadership, mentoring, and coaching to a new and evolving sales and marketing team.

Shape our pricing, positioning, and product messaging, ensuring Kestral stands apart from the competition.

Build and maintain meaningful relationships with key customers and partners, and represent Kestral at industry conferences and events.

About you

We are looking for a sales and marketing leader with a proven history of growth, ideally in the technology and/or healthcare space. You will:

* Excel in a results‐oriented environment, with strong commercial acumen and a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
* Possess a deep understanding of the metrics, pipeline indicators, and market signals that drive a successful B2B software business.
* Balance commercial ambition with genuine customer focus and care for the team you lead.
* Be a calm, resilient leader who motivates and positively influences the people around you.
* Manage multiple competing priorities under pressure without losing sight of the strategic picture.
