About this role
We are seeking customer service professionals to join our Food and Beverage team on a casual basis, working up to 30 hours a week. This role requires a positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve, clean, and reset through all service periods as required.
* Proficient in the professional service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
* Consistent delivery of venue products.
* Good understanding of food and beverage offerings, including menus, food service systems, and till operations.
* Communicate and liaise with team members.
* Efficient knowledge of point-of-sale operating system (on-the-job training provided).
* Maintain and clean all work areas.
* Adhere to all policies and procedures as directed by management.
* Follow Safe Work Procedures for all hotel areas.
* Ensure personal compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol.
Requirements:
* Proficient English language skills.
* Eager to learn, grow, and develop.
* Competent and trustworthy cash-handling skills.
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (18+).
