Disability Support Worker – All-Rounder

This position offers a diverse mix of work across:
* SIL Homes – supporting participants with daily living and personal care.
* Community Access – encouraging independence and social participation.
* Day Program – assisting with activities, skill development, and group engagement.
What you'll be doing:
* Providing person-centred support to people living with disability.
* Supporting participants to achieve their goals and increase independence.
* Assisting with personal care, household tasks, and medication (where required).
* Facilitating community participation, social inclusion, and recreational activities.
* Promoting positive behaviours and engaging participants in meaningful activities.
About You:
* Previous experience in disability support, community services, or a related role (preferred but not essential).
* Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy.
* Ability to adapt to different environments and participant needs.
* A team player who is also confident working independently.
Requirements:
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Working With Children Check.
* Current Police Check.
* First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* Valid Driver's Licence (with reliable vehicle).
