Administrative Assistant Opportunity

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated administrative professional to provide support for our team. This administrative position will see you performing duties in a dynamic environment. This is a temporary opportunity.

Key Responsibilities/Core Duties will include but are not limited to:

* Compiling daily reports and key performance indicator tracking
* General procurement management
* Coordinating incoming and outgoing work orders
* Responding to client inquiries
* Supporting planning and scheduling functions
* Understanding training requirements, assessing gaps, and managing training records

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience in managing workflows

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite

- Experience in generating project KPI reports
