Culinary Expert for Remote Work
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in regional Queensland suburbs. This is a full-time employment opportunity on a 14:7 roster.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality meals across Breakfast, Crib, and Dinner services. They will work closely with the onsite Head Chefs to uphold ISS's reputation for excellence and create memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations.

Requirements:
To be considered, applicants must have an Australian Trade Qualification of Commercial Cookery Certificate 3 or higher. Experience as a Sous Chef in a commercial kitchen is essential, along with proven experience as a chef in high-volume catering, including bulk meals and banquet or function service.

* A strong ability to meet client expectations for food quality, presentation, and strict adherence to food safety and HACCP standards
* Experience driving a safe and productive work culture
* Unrestricted work rights in Australia
* A valid police check issued within the last 12 months or willingness to obtain one
* A driver's license/Photo ID required
* Demonstrated proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
