About the role:
Due to ongoing growth, the team is looking to bring on Senior Advisors, Managers or Senior Managers into their Business & Tax Advisory practice. This is a broad role offering a mix of compliance and advisory work, with plenty of client interaction and the opportunity to step into a trusted advisor position.
You'll work with a diverse client portfolio across private businesses, family groups, trusts and partnerships, supporting them with tax and accounting obligations while also helping them plan for the future.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Providing tax and accounting advice across a varied client base
Managing compliance requirements and contributing to advisory engagements
Supporting clients with tax planning and business structuring
Building strong, long-term client relationships through regular contact
Owning client engagements end to end
Providing proactive advice beyond annual compliance
Coaching and supporting junior team members
