A responsible Customer Service Advisor is needed in Miranda, NSW. Our client is a growing multi-award-winning business with a great team. If you are looking for a career as a part of a very close team, we invite you to apply!
**Duties**
- Responsible for checking in customer's vehicles
- Arrange weekly schedule and bookings
- Assign jobs to technicians.
- Accurately recording customer's concerns on job cards
- Record and update vehicle details and take photos
- Contact customers and quote for further repairs as required
- Parts ordering and receiving
- Stock management of parts and accessories
- Liaise with technicians and subcontractors
- Invoicing and creating purchase orders
- Maintain high OH&S standards
**Skills and experience**
- Proactive and driven to exceed customer expectations
- Upbeat personality
- Have experience in the automotive, RV or similar industry.
- Excellent communication and phone manners.
- High attention to detail
- Strong work ethic including being reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Hold a current driver's licence
- Have a trade qualification in any of the automotive or RV trades.
- Experience using CRM system
