About the Role
Eagle Wireless is looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead business development and customer engagement in Australia. Australia is a relationship-driven market built on trust, responsiveness, and execution. We are looking for a local sales who understands the market, has established industry connections, and can help us build and scale the business. This is a growth role with significant upside for someone eager to take ownership and open new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Development & Sales Growth: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across Australia
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across target accounts and channel partners
* Drive demand creation and design-in opportunities for wireless and IoT solutions
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for key verticals
Account & Relationship Management
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with OEMs, ODMs, system integrators, distributors, and carriers
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure
* Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction
Market Expansion
* Expand Eagle Wireless's market presence in Australia
* Provide market intelligence on competitors, customer needs, and regulatory trends
* Position Eagle Wireless solutions as compliance-ready and supply chain-resilient offerings
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the wireless, IoT, or connectivity industry
* Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
* Strong experience in building and managing customer relationships, particularly with OEMs, system integrators, channel partners, or carriers
* Understanding of IoT or wireless solutions and the ability to drive demand creation and design-in opportunities
* Experience in managing sales pipelines and executing go-to-market strategies
* Good knowledge of the Australian market, including customer landscape and business practices
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a regional role
Preferred Qualifications
* Existing network within the Australian IoT / automotive / connectivity ecosystem
* Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or ecosystem partners
* Ability to provide market insights on competition, customer needs, and regulatory trends
