Mission description
Attached to Safran Helicopter Engines in Australia, near Sydney, you will assist the IT & Infrastructure Manager to deliver company goals and objectives. Responsibilities include the following areas : Reports directly to the IT & Infrastructure Manager and participate Monthly, BI, Weekly meeting. Taking lead and complete the Digitalization Project for SHE Australia which include Power BI report generation (Telstra & Spark Bill, Asset Register), Local SharePoint migration to Safran SharePoint, .Net Application Migration on AWS. Assist IT departments in implementing SAFRAN group and local projects such as Refresh Australia including Ucopia Guest WIFI and SD1 - AT and T, Konica Printer Migration, DISP Project and those which are assign to. Communicate with France IT support team (during France working hours) to escalate and request assistance for implementing projects and to solve the incidents. Provide IT incident assistance and support such as troubleshooting and raising IT incidents/requests on OneServiceNow when IT Manager is not available.
