Our client is expanding their Ipswich team with opportunities for 2 full-time employees and 2 contractors. As a Building & Pest Inspector, you'll focus primarily on pre-purchase inspections—identifying defects, assessing compliance, and delivering detailed reports that safeguard property transactions.

Duties
* Identify structural defects, compliance issues & safety risks
* Carry out pre-purchase inspections across Ipswich & surrounds
* Produce clear, actionable inspection reports
* Inspect subfloors, roof cavities & external roofing areas
* Provide professional advice to clients
Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in building and/or pest inspections
* QLD Builder's Licence and Registered Building Inspectors Course (or eligibility)
* Timber Pest certification (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010) — or willingness to enrol
* Strong attention to detail & high-quality reporting skills
* Police clearance, valid driver's licence & reliable vehicle
