Finance Support Professional Role
We are seeking a reliable and capable Finance Support Professional to join our team on a casual basis. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one shift per week and the flexibility to cover full-time hours during periods of leave.
About the Role:
* Prepare and assist with quarterly Business Activity Statements.
* Process invoices and arrange account payments.
* Conduct basic reconciliation and banking.
* Manage records for planned giving envelopes.
* Liaise with clergy, musicians, and funeral directors.
* Maintain sacramental registers and parish records.
* Prepare and manage documentation for baptisms, funerals, and marriages.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office administration or clerical support, confidence with financial tasks and Business Activity Statement preparation, strong organisational and time management skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Requirements:
* Blue Card or willingness to obtain one.
* National Criminal History Check (Police Check) or willingness to obtain.
* Basic computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.
