Senior Employment Lawyer
This is a senior-level role for an employment lawyer to lead complex matters and make a meaningful impact for clients.
The position offers the chance to provide strategic advice on compliance, risk mitigation, and workplace policies. Key responsibilities include drafting contracts, executive agreements, and internal employment documentation.
Additional duties include representing clients in employment-related disputes, appearing before Tribunals and Courts, and participating in alternative dispute resolution.
As a seasoned lawyer, you will develop and deliver training to clients on employment and WHS obligations and contribute to internal knowledge initiatives.
About the Role:
* Lead complex employment law matters.

Your Background:
* At least 7+ years post-admission experience in employment law.
